Matthew Tueth, Sustainable Business Department Chair at Aquinas College, will provide a brief overview of, and take questions about his new book, Fundamentals of Sustainable Business.

 

 

12:45-1:20            Green Generations

Thomas Shirilla of Consumers Energy will be presenting on Consumers' Green Generation Program.  This voluntary program adds diversity to the overall energy mix supplied by Consumers Energy, reduces our dependence on traditional energy sources, and preserves our natural resources.

 

 

1:20 – 2:00           LeanLogistics

LeanLogistics COO Matt Ahearn will provide real case study examples of clients, such as Meijer and Dannon, who are leading the way with green initiatives within their supply chains. Matt will also review LeanLogistics innovative new GreenLanes™ program, a collaborative freight optimization service to reduce empty miles for customers Chiquita, CHEP, PepsiCo and Diageo.
